The lineage issue is unimportant to me when talking about a reverse merger as has happened here.

Do you remember Amati Communications when it did a reverse merger with ICOT Corp. instead of launching an IPO? The returns were enormous for Amati shareholders and eventually Texas Instruments bought out Amati.

I wouldn't confuse the previous owners of SLEU's predecessor corporation with the new SLEU.
