Hey David,

Did I wait long enough to respond to this message? ;-)

I didn't realize that this thread was restricted to VNE Cheerleaders only. You seem to believe that anybody who would like to know VNE fundamentals should not post queries here.

Just what is the purpose of SI in your world? Hype, hope and cheerleading.

I merely asked a series of questions that any investor would want to have answers for prior to putting one's money at risk.

Do you have any information on what, if any, money will be paid to VNE for their part
in this venture? ... and under what terms and conditions?

Do you know how many shares are outstanding for VNE?

Do you know how many options / warrants and at what exercise price are outstanding?

No answer to any of these questions has come from anybody. ...not even the omniscient Agora.

Since when does asking a question make a person a contrarian?

Re Citigroup: Yes, Citigroup is a major global financial concern.
Re Citibank Canada: It's not even a rounding error in Citigroup's balance sheet.

I'm sure Jen is smart enough to do some of her own DD - make the necessary contacts - talk to the right people and dig deep to find the information she needs.

Now if that were truly the case, why would she have posted her question here? ... or more to the point, why would she have purchased VNE at $3 in the first place.

I've seen no information that would make me want to purchase it at $1.

In the short term, speculators can do anything with the stock's price. Over the long run, the fundamentals will come out.

Have a good one,
Ian.
