It doesn't refer to anyone. What happened is that I read an article about how Elaine Garzarelli has actually done fairly well at prognosticating, apart from a couple of well-publicized gaffes. So I decided it wasn't fair to her to call Rocky Elaine. I posted that, and said that he looks more like a Suzan anyway. Then I just started calling him Suzan.

Now that you mention it, I think I preferred Elaine, too. Shall we go back to it? Strangely enough, I've been thinking about this.

I also thought of Rocky Reidiculous, but that's too long. Your "Rickey Ratt" is pretty good, and it goes along with him working for "Diz knee".

Or we could just stick with something simple and descriptive, like "Bozo."
