This stock is acting differently than in the recent past. It feels to me like it is "refusing to go down." I say that the path of least resistance is up. If I were a trader, right now is when I would buy this stock. Or possibly if it closed above 16 tomorrow, or sometime this week. To me, this stock has not looked good for a trade for a long time, until just the past few trading days.
