You ask a lot of question's, but provide no follow through, nor DD on anything that I can see on this thread. I do my own research and post what I feel will be of interest to others – together with my own (insightful) commentary and (interesting) thoughts ;-)
One phone call to your broker will answer your questions on VNE. Alternatively, call the company directly yourself. Do you expect me to answer all of your questions for you? I would be more than willing to offer some answers for you, but you haven't offered anything here to assist others – so you're out of luck.
