Don Page, thank you greatly. Please keep in touch with me. I really needed a kind word. Inexperience cost me on this but I did comprehend the situation; I just didn't act on it; NEVER AGAIN (I hope). I was telling a friend last night that ZE was acting like an IPO. I think this is an accurate assessment of the stock behavior. The announcements from ZE resulted in the market perceiving that ZE was a "new" IPO. Understanding this, I should have realized that it was a typical IPO run up like Lycos or Yahoo, only over a couple days instead of one. Understanding that and then seeing the slide, I believe that like an IPO, the price will go back down and then only fundementals will drive the price. ZE is far off enough from sales that at least one more bad quarter will hit and so ZE could be down for awhile. Everything I said about ZE will pan out. My research confirms that. I am concerned about what the near-term stock will do, and because I didn't sell 200 on the open, I was too far out in a stock needing to be held for months. If the IPO theory hold up, ZE will continue down today. Chris
