Either way USAI really shows how SATH is overvalued. USAI has $2billion+ in sales (and they own 92% of Ticketmaster), a great IPO in its day. And here we have SATH with no Internet business and $120 mil+ in sales.
Even if SATH had an Internet business (which they don't)- that should give them a market cap of $240 mil. Theoretically this is a short to $12. And if the hype dies down - maybe $5.
Don't know what the masses will make of the press release - but I know I will up in the am reserving shares at Waterhouse. They seem toi have plenty - some poor bastard must have got up in the hype.
