First of all it's a good question and should be shared on thread...so feel welcome to do so, it beats the heck out of grunting. <g> There was an article that relates to AFC at this link biz.yahoo.com On the AFC web page there is this from a release last year... ------------------------clip--------------------------- The licensing agreement will incorporate Aware's leading splitterless DSL Lite technology into AFC's DMT ADSL plug in for its UMC 1000 3GDLCÔ ------------------------------------------------------- As I see the AFC relationship with Aware...it's via ADI, SO I don't know if ADI lost a customer and Aware still has it's technology license with AFCI. However, by reading the press releases at this link I get a feeling I know who is behind the Splitterless G.Lite DMT ADSL they are using. centillium.com
