Hi Robert. My guess is that they have everything in place and the time is right. I have never tried to understand the reasons, usually there aren't any other than the fact that the insiders have enough cheap shares.

I found the company by searching in Canada Stockwatch with criteria set by myself. It is an excellent way to identify stocks that may be ripe for a move.

It was interesting that when I called my broker to place the order he informed me that he bought some the week before. According to him they have some good properties. I hope your buy in price was not too high.
