You know what i would be wary of?Now that navr posted a statement regarding the ipo,suppose they were to use that as a shareholder of record date?Meaning,i still believe that navr shareholders will get a chance to buy ipo shares if you are a navr shareholder as of,say feb8,1999..I sure wouldnt want to sell only to buy back later and find out im out netradio shares just for the sake of a couple of bucks.People say this wont happen,but i say why not?It sure would stabilize the shareprice of navr,circumventing the same scenario as dbcc ,netradio will still get their monies for operation,and navr shareholders will get to purchace what will surely be one the the biggest gaining ipo's in a long,long,time..Remember Paulson is the largest shareholder of navr,and who knows,maybe the selling of a few shares of navr that he filed for will enable him to get his quota of netradio shares. Can anybody tell my why this scenario is not probable?
