C.P., The going forward was based on the unaudited figures placed in the 15c2-11 filing. I believe since V3 is not up and running yet they are more focused on that than trying to make V2 into an income producer. I also can not give information, which would be accurate, on their accountant practices. Please E-Mail or call PNLK. Roy
