Yeah, the names at the bottom of a PR are PR writers. They don't know the ins and outs, they just write about it. I am not sure the qualifications for relisting. . . is it 6 mil in revs. . .1 mil market cap. . .and above 1 buck for X number of days. . .or something like that???

They have these. . .we need to find out exactly what Nasdaq wants to see to slap their name back on the stock. THEN as SHAREHOLDERS we have a voice. Let me clue you in though. . .I think it a waste of time to hound the secretaries at Play Co. . . .the REAL voice behind the company is at FILM. Look at the Edgars and see who the controlling interest belongs. . . .then call him. He is the one to make the decision of whether or not to list with Nasdaq.

If he says he is not interested right now. . .we would want to know PRECISELY why he would not be interested. . . .as word-for-word as can be. If he IS interested, then we would want a projected date....and why not RIGHT NOW?

There is no GOOD reason for this company to still be on the BBs after that last earnings report. . .and especially in light of their virtual and bricks and morter expansion program. So we expect that he will be on our side in wanting the same thing. . .and any other answer will just not do.

That should keep you busy, should you be so inclined.
