Msft is in a world of legal hurt. They have been forced to say that their legal team had no idea about the creation of the video--why?--so they won't get disbarred. That's how serious this splicing together of film from multiple machines. think about it--it's the lynchpin of their case. A single honest mistake, or a careful fabrication? the legal standard is what is a reasonable person to think, in this case the judge.
