Hi D. Noss and Washdeck. D. Noss, you certainly ask a lot of questions! All which have been answered on this thread at one time or another, during the last 6 weeks! You are either very ignorant about this stock, or are trying to scare the newer investors.
We older investors, the ones that owned this stock six weeks ago at $.03-.04 and have been following this stock for years, could care less about the web site. I have my doubts that that news which came out weeks before the stock started moving was the factor in the increased buying that pushed this stock up. I would think the Land deal was known then and moved it.
Is it legal to sell to Foreigners? Who the hell owns the land now? A US corporation! The Fernandez- Morris family are Cubans.
Nobody pays for Jungle? Desolate? Perhaps you haven't read the articles on the articles on the abundance of the rain forest or saw the Report on the Land 100 miles away selling at $140 an acre?
Demonstrate they own thew land? This is a fully reporting to the SEC company. You can see by the filings that the 10ksb was late last year because the auditors were doing just that: checking the property!! I'm sure that the largest privately owned Real Estate firm in Fla. would not only check that they owned the property, but made sure that they put a realistic price on it!
I would read back in the thread to find the answers. I know that there is a lot of crap in between, but I don't feel sorry for you because you just added to it. The bottom has been $.12 the last few bounces so you better stop bashing and start buying.
WASHDECK, welcome to SI. I remember you from the Yahoo Club. Vent all you want, but remember the LAND DEAL is the more important of the three things coming up that we are looking at. $1+ a share net worth, and $.74 of it cash WILL go a long way to make us all rich.
Of course the expected decent earnings this week are important, and if the web site is here in the next month or two, that will be nice, but I rather see the cash, two saw mills, the furniture parts plant, and the plywood plant get on line!!!
