Mr. Hicks,

As I have stated in the past, the Legacy Software Inc. case is with my legal council and will not be tried on SI or in the press. If you wish to discuss the case with my lawyer you may feel free to call them. If you wish to review the court documents, they are filed and now a matter of public documentation in the federal courts in Concord, NH.
