Vitas: The last thing left for a possible move up is the money moving into advancing NYSE issues. That has been positive for the last couple of weeks. It can be checked by looking at the daily ARMs and the 5-day ARMs. When that fails, we will go down. If the ARMs today is above 1, stays there, and edges higher, then the overall market is in trouble.
