To All, I am new to this thread...but can anyone tell me some general information about this company. From the posts that i have been reading it seems that IBI is a great stock play, especially considering the amount of press stocks in Ghana are getting ( Hixon and Golden Rule).

Anyway, can someone tell me how many shares they have outstanding and the amount of debt they are obligated to. And any other pertinent information. Thanks.
