Thank you for your help, Benny. I have a follow-up question to your comments. Bill Consolidation My understanding is that all billers will choose some method of bill presentment, and that Joe Sixpack will be receiving bills from various billers using various methods of presentment. If Joe uses CKFR to pay, does Joe tell the billers to send the bills first to CKFR, who then consolidates them and forwards them to Joe at the location that Joe specifies? Bill Paying Is it true that If Joe's bank has signed an EBPP contract with CKFR, then the only way Joe will pay his bills electronically is through CKFR? 007 Sam, your comments about Rule Breaking were helpful, too.
