these two companies live almost side by side, is it one just bailing out the other? John, the last time I checked, Blaine Washington is approximately two hundred miles north of Bellevue Washington. The two companies compliment one another: UPGD has the Smart Card technology while Centurion has developed software aplications for its use. regards etc.
