>>>I don't mean to be negative (sorry Don L.), and I would love to see AERN prices
soar as much as anyone else who owns shares. But the facts don't suggest any
skyrocketing AERN stocks any time soon. <<<<

I have respectfully avoided participation in this conference since I am no longer
an AER shareholder. Since you addressed this comment directly to me, I will respond
directly to you. If my comments stir the ire of others, rest assured I will not
participate further for the reasons I already stated!

I did considerable research on this company before investing in it. My initial
interest was due to the fact that I only live about 30 minutes from their facility
in Smyrna, Ga. Being a local company, I occaisonally read of their progress in
local computer related publications and found the technology interesting.

My opinion, and my opinion only. AER's potential LIKELY short term value is considerably
oversold, due to no fault of their own. This has become a classic "hype" stock, again,
not of their doing.

AER management is realistic in their assessments of market potential, they even include
a Wall Street Journal news clipping in the IR package which in my opinion has significant
negative statements by Toshiba. Toshiba is NOT in the business to make AER shareholders
wealthy, they are ALSO doing substantial R&D in extended life batteries on their own.

The market will determine what the fair price for AER's products is. If larger companies
who also seek the same goal using different approaches succeed, AER's product valuation
will be significantly less, especially if their competition is first to market with a (better
mousetrapö. Yes, I know a great deal about AERÝs product line enhanced capabilities,
so please, save it for the uninitiated!

AER is a long term play...it could see either $10 or $2 in the next six months, it depends
on too many variables to accurately predict, I wouldnÝt even try. Suffice to say that I never
tried to get back in when the price took off figuring there would be future buying opportunity.

If anyone is interested in a similar investment opportunity that has not been hyped to death,

A good day to all...
