Platter,

Why do you say OIL is looking too weak at 11.70. Isn't that at 3 cents above yesterday's close.

IMO two reasons for todays OSX stocks:

1) overall market weakness
2) API numbers play today. Analysts expect worse numbers again b/c of warm weather.

Past few weeks have shown minimal impact on stocks indicating a bottom.
