I take strong exception with your comment about "making up for your mistakes". What about the mistakes made by ABTX? Sure, I made the mistake of taking at face value statements made by the company (have you read the article I noted dated on 12/24/98?).

My mistake: I trusted them. They betrayed that trust.

I am sure you are right about the potential recovery from the class action being very little money, will take a lot of time and only the lawyers will come out in the end.

But what do you suggest in lieu of this? Do nothing? Just take the position of "Oh, you changed your mind in the 11th hour and backed off your earlier commitments.......and screwed millions from shareholders....but never mind".
