Clean'em real well - trim ALL the fat - then soak'em in cold spiced brine for a week. They should now be wonderful kids.

Spouse recently brought home a bottle of "Johnson's Vapor Bath" for our eternally sniffly Munchkin. So we're having a bath (Helen does not bathe alone - not with a parent in splashing range, nooo) and I go "what's in that stuff?"

"Oh. There's like rosemary and mint and herbs, I think."

"Oh neat. So how long before she's oven-ready?"
