I received a second call yesterday from the people hired by Shiva management to call share holders, reminding them to vote. Just a thought... do you think this is Shiva covering its behind, in event of the lawsuit or possible SEC investigation, to say they did everything to get share holders to vote. Thus any unvoted shares, if they are voted through proxy, YES, then Shiva is covered, or do you think the vote is so close????
