Nicole: ASCT - This rumor has been around for some time. There is only 1.7M in the float and I would guess that any company that was looking to takeout ASCT would probably have been buying up some of that float. As for the insiders, there are limitations to what they can/can't do, especially if there is a deal in the works. Tj
