Yogi:
can't agree more for what you have said, and also admire your courage for saying that. I do feel sick just to think about some people in this country think the life of US citizens are worth more than the life of other countries. For example, the US media only talks about how many, a couple of thousands?, US soldiers are still missing in Vietnam, but they never talk about millions of innocent Vietnamese civilians lost their lives in that war. They forgot one basic fact that the US soldiers were not there by invitation. As a matter of fact, if they just had a little bit knowledge of the geographical situation in Vietnam, they would know that a dead body, including bones (sorry if this is offensive for some people) will disappear in a matter of days in those jungles. The same is true about Gulf war. How many innocent Iraq civilians lost their life while the US was celebrating their triumph here? Those who say the imperialist practice is a past will never realize it is still here, well and alive. Well, I guess I'd better shut up. Do not mean to say so much, just couldn't help. Best. |
