Paul, Here is where I disagree with you. We are very close to theoretically turning the key on a demonstration plant. Until that happens, what do you expect them to tell you? We inserted the final screws, or installation is going very well? If it works, they have fullfilled all of your listed criteria. If it doesn't work, we probably swung and missed at strike three.
