Ed - great feedback on the Skinner interview!

I just spoke with Kevin Holmes at CFG, who again re-iterated his understanding that there would be a 1-2% gambling transaction charge which WINR will receive, in addition to the deposit-in / deposit-out commissions.

Furthermore, he concurred that this gambling transaction charge will generate a significant portion of WINR's commission revenues!

On the issue of Skinner's reported 5% deposit-in / 2.5% deposit out commission rather than the 4% / 4%, Kevin had no comment other than that each contract is negotiated individually and that in future this 5% / 2.5% structure may be the basis from which Skinner is planning to work from.

Kevin reiterated that he expects WINR to post news every week, and thus according to the calendar, we should be hearing something new soon.

I share your discouragement over the lack of a confirm by Skinner on the gambling transaction charge…

Perhaps he did not want to steer the reporter into a lengthy discussion about revenue calculations given the plethora of contracts which are currently being negotiated. Furthermore, given that each contract is negotiated individually, perhaps Skinner didn't want to go on record to say that there will be an (ie) 1% transaction charge, when, depending upon the client, it could be more or less……...just my thoughts…...

In any case, I believe that WINR will regain its momentum soon!…'Just wish my paycheck wasn't three weeks away or else I could capitalise on today's bargain prices!

Best regards,

Scotty
