Dear Rick: You cannot compare CMSI to the typical firm TAVA acquires. There is a PREMIUM paid for a public company, especially one that has gotten its size up to 900 employees (although I find the revenue UNIMPRESSIVE for such a number of employees). TAVA typically buys small non public entities, these go for a discount. JDN
