Suma ---The LU shareholder meeting is next week on Feb 17 . In the proxy that was sent out LU ask to double the number of shares available from three billion to six billion . A lot of people feel that LU will split two for one next week at the meeting . Of course management could wait to a later date if the stock price drop's too much
