I agree - the fact that there are 50,000,000 shares authorized is not the big deal - what to me is important is the fact that they made a mistake and said it was 25,000,000 shares - quite a difference.

I did get a return call from Chris - he said they were wrong, they do have 50,000,000 shares authorized, no excuses - he should have caught the 25,000,000 number we spoke about and I submitted in my report.

jhild - you were right. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. It's why all parties input is important.
