How can investors take seriously a "strong buy" recommendation with a 12 month target of $36 when the stock is in the $31-32 range? Not a lot of upside for a risky stock like NXTL. If an analyst is going to attach a strong buy to a stock I would think they ought to be looking for more than a 15% upside for their clients.
