Speaking of not delivering, Seattle has decided to contest the T and TCI merger because of lack of service by TCI. They are saying that they will oppose the merger unless T opens it's pipes to other ISP's ala AOL, ELNK etc. Sucks if you ask me. Will this be the pebble that starts the avalanche? jb
