Concepts' Totalbill Product to the

KANATA, Ontario, Canada--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 8, 1999--Bridgewater Systems
Corporation, a leading supplier of intelligent software for IP service creation and control, today
announced an integrated, flexible Internet services billing offering with Billing Concepts Corp.
(Nasdaq: BILL - news).

a service provider's bank account.

Signs Agreement with Princeton Telecom to Offer New Products
NORCROSS, Ga., Feb. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Towne Services, Inc. (Nasdaq: TWNE - news) today
announced it has signed an agreement with Princeton Telecom to provide Internet bill presentment
and payment services giving consumers an option to receive and pay bills via the Internet. This new
product will enhance Towne's on-line relationship with its merchant customers and is expected to
reduce the cost of delivering and processing payments. This new offering will expand Towne's
product line and enlarge its customer base to include individual consumers who have in-house
accounts with Towne's merchants.
