Be careful with this jla guy. He's always leaning on that old "truth and justice" thing. Every time you think he's starting to pay attention to your reasoning he just falls back on that "everyone is equal under the law" stuff.

That's right. <<Liberty has its roots in the common right to property and individual rights finally expressed so well in the Bill of Rights.>>

And certainly applies to bill clintons situation. Oh, wait a minute. It doesn't look like it applies to anybody anymore. Hmmmmm. Oh well we can keep it around as an excellent historical reference to the prose, and spirit, of the revolutionary period, as you suggest.
