OK ... here is what Frank told me....

This company took off and was around 6 bucks a share...but it crashed. He said the injuries were severe, but not fatal. He came on board 18 years ago as CEO and my impression is that he has PERSONALLY seen to it that the company stays alive. He does not pay attention to the stock price...all he cares about is running the business.

I can understand why he hasnt paid attention to the price. Apparently investors lost confidence and dumped some time back and this little company has fallen between the cracks. Apparently nobody has tracked its progress...not even in pennyland.

Anyway ... the company has a net asset value of around $500k which translates into .23 per share book on 2.2 mil OSI

Frank said that he is looking at putting up a home page on the internet sometime this summer. This would increase exposure to the investment community and to the purchasing public.

He would like to triple sales but will need cash for any major push forward.

I usually go by my gut instincts when I am talking to pple and I feel good about what I heard from him...I have the same gut feeling when I talked to Fayiz at Cetek.

ELXC doesnt have the technology that Cetek has...but they have a great little niche market they are working.

Frank has assured me that he does not intend to dilute the stock. So at current price $2200.00 buys you 1 percent of the company.

Next time I speak with him I will ask him how many shares the insiders own. He said he was not sure what the float is. But he did say that there were about 300 shareholders.

Lets say the Float is 1.5 million: That would mean that the avg longterm shareholder has 5k shares.... purchased at much higher levels...double digits. Well, I am sure they are happy to see the stock price rising...but my guess is that they are not rushing out to sell. Furthermore, I have watched this one..and I know who many of the buyers are and when they bought...and I have seen the MM down tick the stock on buys.

If I am correct...my guess it there are not many shares out there. Frank said that Gruntal had 100k but besides that he knew of no others out there...and that 100k has been absorbed.

Barginstocker --- next post will do some simple math.
