Steve you have to keep in mind that any acquisitions are going to be based largely on the issuance of restricted stock. RDIM is an OTC BB company in the developmental stage. As such the company has limited cash but it does have an outstanding business plan.

Thunderstick Software is owned by RDIM's Vice President in charge of technology. In other words he has already been hard at work on the web site for many months. I have been told that the demo site alone will be several layers thick so that investors and future club members will get a very real glimpse into the future here. This should happen fairly soon because many of us were expecting it as early as last month.

In addition the acquisition of PCS was nearly a done deal while I was in Vegas. Everything that I have seen and heard since then indicates this will be a done deal very soon.

And that's not all! There were other discussions going on that should lead to any number of other acquisitions, or at least letters of intents, being announced in the not too distant future.

I guess the bottom line here is all stock issued in these transactions will be restricted, probably for one year. That keeps the float small and the stock moving higher as each additional acquisition is announced. The watch out, because one day we will see a name change and a cutting edge site opened to go along with all those acquisitions.
