ED - No other neighbors are moving and I read the ZNZR to say that they were 2km away - but That was last night when I read it. NWI busted thru to 2.72 = 10% above its old 52 week high of 2.50 on almost 2MM shares - I am impressed

I think MRS has one of the best properties but it is way too early to figure that out
