Nasdaq rates ACRT ( upper 10%) outstanding in revenue and earnings growth...
The following is an E-mail I received from Mitch today....

Dear Investor,
We had requested of Nasdaq to provide us with research concerning how does
ACRT's 5-year sales growth rate and earnings growth rate compare to other
public companies (Nasdaq and Nasdaq/AMEX/NYSE combined. The following
information is from their reply.

Mr. Menik:

Responding to your question about comparing ACRT sales and EPS growth
rates vs. Nasdaq, Amex, and NYSE companies:

ARCT has a 5 year sales growth rate* of 57.7
* This is above 96% of Amex companies (specifically greater than 410 of
the universe of 427)
* This is above 91.7% of the Nasdaq companies (specifically greater
than 1,569 of the universe of 1,711)
* This is above 97.2% of the NYSE companies (specifically 1,655 of the
universe of 1,702)

ARCT has a 5 year EPS growth rate* of 62
* This is above 93.3% of Amex companies (specifically greater than 168
of the universe of 180 )
* This is above 96.7% of the Nasdaq companies (specifically greater
than 785 of the universe of 812)
* This is above 96.3% of the NYSE companies (specifically 1,159 of the
universe of 1,203)

*the growth rate calculates a growth rate for those companies that have
greater than zero value for the first and the last time period.
Non-available or negative data in the interim period is discarded,
however no more than one year in five years can be invalid or the
company will be excluded from the universe.
**the universe includes: common stock only, companies with sales data
available for the last 5 years, only those companies listed on Nasdaq,
Amex, or the NYSE.
***Data sources: Factset/Compustat, as of 2/99.

Very truly yours,
Actrade International, Ltd.
