Yes, someone else here with too much time on my hands, but I question your reasoning. If the price was hit right on the head then ABX would have succeded, as for spectulators buying 40% of the Company and marching over to ABX. Do you think someone can buy 40% of Company unnoticed, I doubt it, the price would certainly have to rise. ther eis also such a thing as disclosure and insider trading. Once someone owns 10% they become an insider and reporting kicks in. I don't see your scenario working, unless they was avery long time interval with several buyers in collusion. Elmer
