As Gregg Powers said in one of his posts. DR J will settle only if the settlement is accretive to QCOM shareholders. Which is absolutely the right approach.

Seperately With $3.50 to $4.00 in annual earnings coming up, 30%+ growth as far as one can see, what is this stock doing in the 60's? Lets go Triple digit QCOM.
