The point is the accuser should never be guilty of the same charge as the accused. Hyde had an adulterous affair, which technically was against the law apparently when it was going on... a law that wasnt enforced but a law nonetheless. He also broke one of the commandments and destroyed a family. Hyde is an evil man.
