WCAP has a stake in Worldgate.

They also have over 440,000 of rowe.com which IPO's next week or so.

Also, many other offerings.

Capital Corp. (WCAP-Nasdaq) (the "Company") announced today that one
of its portfolio companies, RoweCom, Inc. of Cambridge,
Massachusetts ("RoweCom"), has filed a registration statement with
the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public
offering of its common stock. The terms of the public offering have
not yet been disclosed and offers will only be made by prospectus.
These securities may not be sold nor may any offers to buy be
accepted prior to the time the registration statement becomes
