The NYC Attorney General has a web site with a form to fill out for those of us that lost money from delayed trades and untimely access to your brokerage account. I lost a ton with Charles Schwab because I was kicked off of the web site 5 times while attempting to enter a sell order on a fast moving Internet Stock, NAVR.

I have already visited the site and filled out the complaint form on Schwab. Good luck to us all.
