Folks, I spoke with Brent this morning. He is working on the PR now! They want to include as many details a possible. For this reason we will not see the PR before Wednesday. Friday at the latest. The closing date will be between Feb 26th and Mar. 1st. Still ironing out some minor details with the lender. These details are NOT deal killers. For example: The lender wants to have some say in "the use of funds". I think this is great long term considering how they pissed away the Gould and Kennedy money. He had no details on the closing date for the sell of phase I. We are about to see this thing go thru the roof. GO MPTV!!!!!!!!!!!!! Roddy...
