To All Re: Value partners.

If I read the filing correctly, they paid $4.5 Million for a note that got them the 2 million + shares of stock. The value of the stock that they sold is $5.02 million. So they have already turned a profit on the deal, roughly 11% profit in a year assuming the 1.4 million shares of IATV they own became suddenly worthless. Perhaps (and this is just a guess) they sold enough stock so that they would have guaranteed themselves a profit on the deal, and they are not necessarily looking to drop the other 1.4 million shares in the next month.

Just a thought,
-Mike
