MT..USWC... Sounds good..but Looksmart..which is the company that has the deal with MSFT ..is privately held...so unless MSFT has an obligation to pay Mantra directly or if Looksmart has to pay mantra based on MSFT useage... then you be barking up the wrong tree..JMO Jim in CT..PS the 'mob' probably will take it up anyway..
