Understood and agreed, Tulvio. However, they (ROK) manufacture a wide variety of components which are in turn sold to OEMs to be integrated into their products. USR, on the other hand, buys components from companies like Rockwell (or TXN) and integrates those components into their "finished" products.

I guess we could say that USR assembles and markets finished products, (and manufactures software), while Rockwell manufactures components.

In the final analysis, we agree that in some ways they are the same, in some ways different.
