  Showstar Signs Five-Year Agreement with Veteran Concert Tour Producer
  SEATTLE, Feb. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Showstar Entertainment Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: SHST - news) has signed a five-year management contract with veteran concert tour producer Dan Fiala to head up the Company's entertainment division.
  Fiala has been appointed President of the Company's entertainment division and will join the Company's Board of Directors.
  ''Showstar has positioned itself to be one of the premiere tour producers in the country,'' said Dan Fiala, President of Showstar's Entertainment Division. ''We are building a strong network in key and secondary markets across the U.S., Canada, and the Pacific Rim countries.
