I agree with you. However, my objective was to point out the huge different between the "0.1X revenues" paid for Mangan and the "4.5X revenues" paid for CMSI. This isn't just a "premium", this is a discontinuity. Where Karl and I differ is that I maintain that 0.1X revenues is not what a typical TAVA acquisition will be priced at. I expect that to be an anomaly.
